USSR 1956 – Stamps featuring the monument to Vladimir Lenin (Mi. 1805–1806) is a set of two mint stamps issued by the Soviet Post Office commemorating the figure and legacy of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin – leader of the October Revolution and founder of the Soviet state.
Each stamp depicts:
- Inscription: 20th Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union
- Lenin monument – a monumental sculpture in the classic socialist realist style with the Spasskaya Tower in the background,
