Product complaints

1. Complaints can be submitted within two years from the delivery of the product.

2. Submit a product complaint:

  • using the form available below,
  • by e-mail: sklep@poczta-polska.pl.

  • 3. To submit a complaint, you have to enclose photos (jpg or pdf format) of the damaged product with a specific description.

    4. After you submit the complaint, you will receive an email with the return label to be printed and placed on the package.

    5. The period for the resolution of the complaint is normally 14 days from the receipt of the complaint. We will notify you of the decision by email.


    Additional information:

  • If the complaint is admitted, we will refund the money to the number of the account used to pay for the order.
