Poland coin 2008. - 450 years of the Polish Post with hologram Ag original issued by NBP
The coin was issued by the National Bank of Poland in 2008 on the occasion of the 450th anniversary of the Polish Post.
The coin's obverse refers to philately and contains a colorful image of a historical postage stamp, which depicts a postal messenger on horseback - a symbol of speed and reliability. The stamp changes color depending on the angle of view, which gives the coin a unique character.
The reverse of the coin depicts a figure of an old-time postal messenger in traditional dress, carrying a letter and traversing the area in the background of the historical panorama.
