Returns

You may return the products you have ordered without stating the reasons within 14 days of receiving the package.
Submit a product return:

The product cannot be returned if it has signs of use or is damaged.
If the purchased product has a factory defect or is damaged, submit a complaint.
Returns are not permitted for the MójZNACZEK service because the delivered items are a customised product.
