This collection consists of 4 blocks of four stamps (16 mint never hinged stamps in total) issued by the Polish Government-in-Exile between 1941 and 1943. These issues are among the most important patriotic wartime philatelic items, documenting Polish military efforts during World War II and the destruction suffered by occupied Poland.
