The philatelic issue “Local Content. Value for Poland” promotes the idea of increasing the participation of Polish companies, technologies and expertise in strategic investments and key economic projects. The issue highlights the importance of domestic industrial, energy, technological and defence capabilities for Poland’s development and security.

The issue was prepared in close cooperation with the Ministry of State Assets, and all graphic materials used in the design originate from the Ministry’s collections.

Polish Post is one of the partners of the “Local Content. Value for Poland” initiative, aimed at strengthening the role of Polish enterprises and creating long‑term competitive advantages for the national economy.

The stamp features the Local Content logo accompanied by the slogan: “Value for Poland”

The minimalist design emphasizes the universal nature of the initiative and its support for Polish businesses participating in strategically important investments.

The sheet consists of 6 stamps and 3 labels, creating a visual presentation of Poland’s industrial, energy and technological potential.

The sheet design incorporates:

• the Local Content emblem,
• the issue title,
• Polish national colours,
• a QR code and project website link.

The composition highlights cooperation between public administration, business, research institutions and investors.

Labels:

🏭 KGHM – Głogów Copper Smelter

The first label presents copper smelting operations at the Głogów Copper Smelter, one of the most advanced metallurgical facilities in Europe.

KGHM is among the world's leading producers of copper and silver and represents a key pillar of Poland’s industrial sector.

⚡ Baltic Power – ORLEN Offshore Wind Farm

The second label depicts the Baltic Power offshore wind farm, one of the most important renewable energy projects currently being developed in Poland.

The investment supports the country’s energy transition and the development of offshore engineering capabilities.

🛡️ Łucznik Firearms Factory, Radom

The third label features a soldier equipped with the modern GROT A3 rifle, produced by the Łucznik Firearms Factory in Radom.

The motif symbolizes the development of Poland’s defence industry and advanced domestic technologies.
