A unique collectors' edition released to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Workers' Protests of June 1976 in Radom, Ursus and Płock. This prestigious set honors one of the most significant events in modern Polish history, combining philately with advanced security printing technologies.
The elegant folder contains three Philanotes inspired by the postage stamp issue “Workers' Protests of June 1976”, released on June 24, 2026. Each Philanote is dedicated to one of the three major centers of the protests: Radom, Ursus and Płock.
The set also includes a perforated souvenir sheet of three postage stamps, creating a coherent and highly collectible edition together with the Philanotes.
A distinguishing feature of this publication is its matching collector numbering system. Each of the 2,000 numbered folders contains three Philanotes bearing the same serial number with city identifiers: RA (Radom), UR (Ursus) and PL (Płock). The accompanying souvenir sheet carries the corresponding numbering, making the entire set a unified collectible item.
Printed on personalized substrate, the Philanotes incorporate sophisticated security features, including micro-patterns, microprinting, relief elements, rainbow printing, special inks, fluorescent features and UV-visible security elements.
The obverse sides feature archival photographs documenting the events of June 1976 and graphic elements derived from the stamp designs. Together, the reverse sides form a single artistic composition, emphasizing the exclusive nature of the collection.
