The folder contains two blocks: a traditional and a polycarbonate.
Inside the polycarbonate is an electronic circuit containing an antenna, an NFC microchip and a yellow microled light source. The light is excited by approaching the reverse of the stamp (for less than 1 cm) to any HF/ NFC RFID reader (desktop readers, industrial readers, payment terminals, phones with NFC functionality).
The folder has 3 pages.
Format of the folder before folding: 630 x 297 mm, folder format after folding: 210 x 297 mm.
The polycarbonate block is available for sale only in a philatelic folder in an edition of 8,000 pieces.
